Bryan Baldini has a diverse work experience. Starting in 2010, they interned as a Marketing and Promotions Intern for Northern Kentucky University Athletics. Bryan then worked as a Lead Sales Associate for Leslie's Poolmart, Inc. from 2006 to 2011. In 2011, they became a Graduate Assistant of Marketing and Promotions for Northern Kentucky University Athletics. From 2012 to 2013, they served as a Graduate Assistant of Facilities and Event Management for the same organization. In 2012, they briefly worked as a Video Board and Sound Operator for Prasco. From 2014 to 2016, they were a Facilities Coordinator for Northern Kentucky University where they managed operations associated with athletic facilities. Currently, since 2016, they are with Divisions Maintenance Group where they have held various roles including National Account Trainee, National Account Executive, National Account Manager, and their current position as Vice President, National Accounts.

Bryan Baldini began their education in 2006 at Murray State University, where they studied Business Administration. After completing their studies there in 2008, Bryan transferred to Northern Kentucky University. From 2008 to 2011, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Business. Continuing their education, Bryan then enrolled in Northern Kentucky University's Master of Science program in Business Informatics from 2012 to 2014, acquiring a Master of Science (M.S.) degree.
