Fatema Farhana Tanbeer is an experienced HR and finance professional with a strong background in managing human resources and administrative functions at Divine IT Limited since January 2012, currently serving as Manager, HR & Finance. Responsibilities include HR planning, recruitment, policy development, performance management, employee relations, training implementation, and compensation management.
