Kelly Gibbons has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as the Director of Operations Services at Dividend Restaurant Group since April 2012. Prior to this role, Kelly worked at Romano's Macaroni Grill and Sullivan’s Steakhouse as an Operations Services Manager from April 2012 to October 2020. Kelly's earlier experience includes serving as the Assistant Area Director at Carino's Italian from November 2007 to April 2012 and as a Training General Manager at Red Robin between October 2000 and October 2007.
