Tassia Steidley is an Environmental Engineer Specialist at Divert, starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Environmental Manager at Monolith Materials from March 2021 to April 2022. Tassia also served as an Implementation Manager at Density from January 2021 to March 2021. From November 2018 to December 2020, they were a Complex Environmental Manager at Tyson Foods, where they managed environmental compliance programs and prepared permit applications. Before that, they worked as an Environmental Health Specialist II at Lincoln Lancaster County Health Department from August 2017 to October 2018, conducting inspections and reviewing compliance reports. Tassia also held positions as a Quality Assurance Specialist at GSK from February 2017 to June 2017, an Environmental Quality Programs Specialist II at the Environmental Quality, Nebraska Department of from January 2015 to May 2015, and an Air Quality Inspector and Environmental Emergency Manager at Maricopa County from October 2012 to November 2014. Tassia Steidley began their career as a Molecular Biologist Research Assistant and an Environmental Research Assistant at Universidade Estadual do Ceará from June 2005 to August 2007 and May 2005 to May 2006, respectively.

Tassia Steidley earned a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Technology (Environmental Technology Management) from Arizona State University between 2011 and 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biological Sciences at Universidade Estadual do Ceará from 2004 to 2007. In addition to their academic qualifications, Tassia Steidley obtained a certification as a Registered Environmental Health Specialist/Registered Sanitarian (REHSRS) from the National Environmental Health Association in June 2018.
