Brian Mikulencak is a legal professional specializing in tax law, nonprofit law, and corporate law, with a focus on advising corporations, LLCs, partnerships, and tax-exempt organizations. Currently serving as a Tax Alchemist at Blue Dot Advocates since January 2016, Brian also acts as Chief Legal Scribe for the Diversity Fund, offering legal advice since August 2015. Previously, Brian founded a solo practice providing counsel to business and nonprofit clients and held associate attorney positions at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and Jenner & Block. Brian's educational background includes a Doctor of Law from the University of Chicago Law School and a Bachelor of Architecture from The University of Texas at Austin.
