Catherine Petterson has extensive experience in various leadership roles, particularly in operations, communications, and corporate affairs. Catherine has been with Diversity Council Australia Ltd since June 2004, where Catherine currently serves as the Operations Director. Additionally, Catherine has previous experience at Hinton & Associates as a Consultant and at ANZ in senior communications roles. Catherine also briefly acted as the CEO of DCA in 2014. Catherine holds a Master's degree in Arts (Communications) from Monash University and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Melbourne.
