Jim Linzy started their work experience in 1996 as a Safety Manager at Florida Power Light Company, where they held the position until 1998. In 2001, they joined DiversiTech Corporation as a National Sales Manager, and their employment there is ongoing.

Jim Linzy started their education journey in 1984 at the University of Arkansas, where they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Operations Management and Supervision. Jim successfully completed this program in 1985.
