Ashley Newman's work experience includes various roles in different companies. In 2011, they started working as a Business Administrator at Civeo North America and continued until 2012. From 2012 to 2013, they served as a Front Office Manager at the same company, responsible for managing the front desk operations and ensuring client satisfaction. In 2013, they took on the role of Housekeeping Manager, overseeing a large staff, scheduling, training, and maintaining cleanliness standards. In 2014, they became an Assistant Lodge Manager until 2015, responsible for managing lodge operations. Ashley then worked as an Administrator at Western Canadian Properties Group from 2016 onwards. Finally, in 2017, they joined Diversified Transportation Services as an Operations Assistant.

Lastly, from 2014 to 2016, they studied Hospitality and Tourism Management at Cornell University, focusing on Hospitality Administration/Management.
