Wesley Eaton currently serves as the COO and CIO at Diversified Roofing since July 2022 and is the Owner of Serve Development LLC, a position held since January 2022. Prior to these roles, Wesley gained extensive experience at Pavecon from May 2012 to January 2022, where responsibilities included Director of Technology, Sales Manager, Project Manager, and Estimator. Wesley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from John Brown University, obtained between 2008 and 2012, and is a graduate of Siloam Springs High School.
