Nicolas Padula is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software development and organizational restructuring. Serving as Chief Technology Officer at Diveria since April 2017, Nicolas has spearheaded significant internal changes and established key processes for the Operations and Technology departments. Prior roles include Technical Lead, where Nicolas implemented modern software development practices for a competitive intelligence SaaS product, and Full Stack Engineer, focused on developing a SaaS application for health services. Experience at Overactive as a Software Engineer involved modernizing technology for an ed-tech SaaS platform.
