Steven M. Millsap serves as the VP, General Counsel, Secretary, and Chief Compliance Officer for Divergent and its subsidiary Czinger Vehicles since September 2022, focusing on innovative automotive manufacturing. Prior to this role, Steven held senior legal positions at Global Advanced Metals, where responsibilities included serving as SVP, General Counsel, Secretary, and Chief Compliance Officer from June 2012 to August 2022, as well as at Polymer Group Inc, Continental Tire, and CarMax in various legal capacities. Educational qualifications include an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law from UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law, a J.D. from Florida State University College of Law, and a B.A. in Economics from Rollins College.
