We are expanding rapidly and looking for a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our IT strategy and infrastructure. As CTO, you will drive innovation, oversee IT services, and lead a team responsible for systems, infrastructure, and engineering. Additionally, you will conduct regular gap analyses to ensure our technology and team capabilities align with our future goals.

At DIVD.fund, we are a community of passionate volunteers dedicated to making the internet a safer place. This position is entirely voluntary and unpaid, but it offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the world of cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Optimize business IT processes and ensure efficiency.
• Monitor and enhance IT performance.
• Assess, upgrade, and maintain business systems and processes.
• Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers.
• Oversee IT security and governance.
• Manage and develop the IT division.
• Engage with key stakeholders and partners.

What You Bring Essential Skills & Experience:

• Strong technical expertise in IT management, infrastructure, and applications.
• Knowledge of data warehousing, architecture, and networking.
• Experience with cloud platforms and emerging technologies.
• At least 5 years of IT service delivery experience.
• Familiarity with business operations platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Fluent in Dutch.
• Five or more years of experience in organizational development and management.
• Proven ability to drive impact through events and initiatives.
• Strong communication, leadership, and management skills.
• Experience in hiring and managing IT staff.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of professionalism.
