Harshit Shah has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Hardware Design Intern at Sibridge Technologies in 2010. Harshit then moved on to work as a Programmer Analyst at Cognizant Technology Solutions from 2010 to 2013. In 2014, they held multiple positions, including a Data Analyst Intern at DivcoWest, a Customer Intelligence Consultant at Wigle Whiskey, and roles at Carnegie Mellon University as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Academic Services Coordinator. Harshit then continued their career at DivcoWest, where they took on various roles from Data Analyst to Managing Director of Business Intelligence. Since 2022, they have been serving as the Chief Technology Officer at DivcoWest.

Harshit Shah pursued their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Nirma University. Harshit attended this program from 2006 to 2010. Subsequently, they enrolled at Carnegie Mellon University from 2013 to 2014 to earn a Master's degree in Information Systems Management.
