Shae Roe has extensive experience in project management and civil engineering, currently serving as a Project Manager at Divall's Earthmoving and Bulk Haulage since January 2018, where responsibilities include estimating tenders, site supervision, and risk management. Previous roles at Divall's included Project Assistant/Estimator and Traffic Control & Bitumen Supervisor, focusing on client liaison and traffic management. Prior to this, Shae worked at Bunnings from September 2009 to April 2018, beginning as a Sales Assistant and advancing to Supervisor. Education includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from CQUniversity (2023-2027), a Diploma in Project Management from Mentor Education (2022-2023), and various certificates in civil construction and engineering.
