Jordin Gardner is an experienced software engineer with a strong background in leadership and product development across various technology sectors. Currently serving as a Software Engineer at Ditto since June 2021, Jordin previously held positions such as Engineering Manager for SmartRent, where management of a software engineering team focused on developing a smart home solution took place. As a co-founder and Head of Engineering at Happy Monday Inc., strategizing and leading engineering initiatives for HR tech products was key, including scaling a high-throughput job distribution system. Earlier experiences include roles as a Senior Software Engineer at Vimbly, Founder and Lead Developer at CreateDev Inc, a Software Engineer at Universal Technical Institute, and a Software Developer at BYU Independent Study. Jordin holds a degree in Management Information Systems from Brigham Young University.
