Soren Mortensen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Soren is currently working as a Software Engineer at Ditto since July 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Mobile & Rust Engineer at Ditto from July 2020 to August 2021. Before joining Ditto, Soren worked as a Junior Software Developer at Backslash Build from October 2019 to July 2020. Soren also gained experience as an iOS Developer at Cotham Technologies from June 2019 to October 2019. In addition, Soren worked as a Junior Developer at Susaro Ltd from August 2017 to September 2018. Soren started their career as a Business Operations/Marketing Intern at Ithacash - i$ in June 2015. Soren also has experience in education, having worked as a Student Teacher at New Roots Charter School from June 2014 to June 2015, where they wrote specifications and taught an American Red Cross-approved course on International Humanitarian Law. Soren also served as a Teaching Assistant at the same school from September 2013 to June 2014.

Soren Mortensen's education history began in 2011 at New Roots Charter School, where they received a Regents Diploma. From 2015 to 2017, they attended Peter Symonds Sixth Form College, where they pursued A levels in Computer Science, Mathematics, and Physics. Following this, from 2018 to 2022, Soren studied at the University of Bath, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
