Bill MacKenzie has extensive experience in sales and technical support within the electronics industry. Currently serving as a Field Sales Engineer at DITEK Surge Protection since August 2002, Bill provides technical support and training across the Eastern Region. Prior to this role, Bill held various positions at Avnet Electronics Marketing, including National Channel Sales Manager and Outside Sales Account Manager, where responsibilities included sales and marketing efforts for the Tampa market and generating design win activities. Bill’s earlier experience includes working as a Quality Control Technician at Tau-Tron Inc, and serving as a Radioman 2nd Class Petty Officer in the US Navy, where communication systems on submarines were maintained. Bill holds an Associate’s Degree in Electronic Technology from Mount Washington College and pursued further studies at the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
