Tezay Kartal has extensive experience in the manufacturing and engineering sector, with a career spanning from 2004 to the present. Currently serving as Managing Director and previously as Ar-Ge ve Üretim Grup Müdürü at Ditas Dogan Yedek Parca Imalat ve Teknik A.S. since 2016, Tezay has demonstrated leadership in various capacities. Tezay began the professional journey as an Operations Engineer at Doğalgaz. Tezay Kartal earned an Engineer's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Erciyes University between 1999 and 2003.
