Michelle Tiganila is an accomplished professional in the fashion and eyewear industry, currently serving as the Founder of TheAtelier since May 2022, a hub for developing fashion brands in optical and retail. Additionally, Michelle is the Fashion Sun Retail Sales Manager at DITA EYEWEAR and has held the position of NE Sales Manager at Silhouette Ltd from March 2020 to July 2022, where leadership of a twelve-person team and management of top accounts in the Northeast region were key responsibilities. Previously, Michelle owned MARR International GROUP from 2010 to January 2022 and held the role of VP Retail at Marcolin from February 1999 to 2010, where significant contributions included establishing the retail division for Marcolin USA and launching numerous high-profile brands in North America.
