Ignacio Ranea is an experienced professional in Human Resources with a strong background in managing HR processes across multiple countries. Currently serving as Gerente Capital Humano at Distrocuyo S.A. since July 2021, Ignacio has successfully facilitated the company's digital business development and international expansion. Prior to this role, Ignacio worked as a Senior Consultant at NUMAN, specializing in recruitment for mid and senior management positions in Industrial Operations and Technical Sales. Ignacio's extensive tenure at YPF S.A. spanned from 2004 to 2020, where various roles included Gerente Recursos Humanos Upstream, managing a personnel budget of USD 300 million and overseeing HR functions in multiple provinces. Ignacio holds a Licenciatura en Relaciones Humanas from Universidad Champagnat and an Ingeniería Industrial degree from Universidad Nacional de Cuyo.
