Gary Michel currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Global Industrial Company and a Member of the Board of Advisors at Distro. Previously, Michel was Chair and CEO of JELD-WEN, Inc., where efforts included developing an ESG strategy. Michel also held the position of Board Member at Cooper Tire & Rubber Company, participating in the Audit and Nominating and Governance Committees, and contributed to a successful CEO transition and sale to Goodyear Tire & Rubber. Further experience includes serving as President and CEO of Honeywell Home and Building Technologies and as SVP and President at Ingersoll Rand Company, overseeing a $3B segment. Michel's leadership roles extended to Club Car as CEO and President. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
