Carrie Herpin Theard is an experienced real estate professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Realtor and Associate Broker at District South by Real Broker LLC since January 2013, Carrie also holds the position of Realtor, Broker, and Co-Owner at District South Real Estate Co since October 2017. Prior to these roles, Carrie worked as a Realtor at Keaty Real Estate from February 2012 to October 2017 and gained management experience as the Manager/Buyer at Begneaud's Pharmacy & Fine Gifts from January 2000 to January 2012. Carrie is a graduate of The Academy of the Sacred Heart in Grand Coteau, LA, having attended from 1995 to 1998.
