Yan Zeng is currently the Manager of Development Planning at District of North Vancouver since April 2022. Prior to this role, Yan held the same position at the City of North Vancouver from September 2020 to April 2022. With a background in architecture and a Master's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Queen's University, Yan also worked as a Senior Planner at the City of Vancouver for nearly two decades.
