Alexandra Hallen serves as the Deputy Chief and Chief Financial Officer at the District Alliance for Safe Housing (DASH) since October 2022, following extensive experience in organizational development consulting and various leadership roles in public sector and nonprofit organizations. Their previous positions include Manager of Cohort Analysis and Design at Their Futures Matter, where Alexandra implemented innovative service solutions for vulnerable populations in New South Wales, and Manager of Homelessness Strategy at the Department of Family and Community Services (NSW), where Alexandra developed the NSW Homelessness Strategy 2018-2023. With a strong background in strategic policy, financial management, and program leadership, Alexandra also held roles at the Behavioural Insights Team, contributing to business strategy and establishing operations across Australia and Asia-Pacific. Alexandra holds a Master of Science in Management from Colorado State University Global and several other advanced qualifications in management and psychology.
