Adam Young is a Senior Software Engineer at District 4 Labs, employed since November 2022. Responsibilities include maintaining OpenSearch EKS integration with API Gateway and Lambda, developing a full-stack SPA using Nuxt.js on AWS Amplify, and implementing API usage tracking with DynamoDB and Lambda. Previously, Adam served as a Software Engineer at Blinkfire Analytics, Inc., where contributions included designing a regression model for social media impressions, building RESTful APIs in Django, and managing server instances for computer vision. Earlier experiences include an undergraduate research position focused on reinforcement learning at the Center for Vision, Cognition, Learning, and Autonomy, an internship at WiZR LLC optimizing object detection algorithms, and a research assistant role at UCLA Physics and Astronomy studying electron behavior on Graphene lattice. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics of Computation from UCLA.
