Xavier-Henri Hervé is a seasoned entrepreneur and innovation leader with extensive experience in building startup ecosystems and fostering innovation. As the co-founder and executive director of District 3 Innovation Centre at Concordia University since October 2013, Xavier-Henri has facilitated the growth of over 1000 tech startups in Quebec. In addition, Xavier-Henri co-founded V1 Studio, providing unique innovative processes beyond traditional accelerators, and serves as an innovation enabler at Concordia University, empowering multidisciplinary teams in various cutting-edge fields. Other roles include co-founding MentorConnect Montreal and consulting for open innovation strategies at Dahouet & Co., alongside a previous tenure as president and COO of Mechtronix Inc. Xavier-Henri's global business development expertise stems from leadership roles at notable companies such as Oracle and CAE, complemented by an MBA from INSEAD and an undergraduate degree from Concordia University.
