Reginald Harris is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in education, human resources, and military recruitment. Currently serving as an Army JROTC Instructor at Spring ISD since August 2023, Reginald previously held positions as a Senior Human Resources Trainer for a district from January 2013, supporting talent acquisition efforts across seven companies, and as an instructor of military science at Galena Park ISD. Reginald has a solid foundation in claims processing, having worked as a Claims Specialist for the Social Security Administration and the US Army. With over 20 years of honorable service in the Army, Reginald has held several leadership roles in recruitment, managing teams and meeting hiring goals in various locations. Education includes a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from National University.
