Scott Clapp, MBA, currently serves as a Team Coach at GE Transportation and has held the position since May 2018. Concurrently, Scott has been a Plant Manager at Distribution International since April 2015. Previous roles include Production Supervisor at Weckworth Manufacturing and Johnson Controls, where responsibilities encompassed managing production lines, employee health and welfare, performance reviews, and implementing lean manufacturing procedures. Scott's background also includes technical and leadership roles at Optima Bus Corp. and Boeing, as well as military service as a Sergeant in the US Army. Scott holds an MBA from Friends University and several other educational qualifications, including a Six Sigma Green Belt and certificates in supervision.
