Lauren Mills-Fraatz has a diverse work experience. Lauren currently works as a Project Development Manager at DSD Renewables since May 2022. Before that, they held the role of Principal, Project Delivery at Wunder Capital from January 2022 to May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Distributed Solar Development, LLC, where they served as a Project Development Manager from July 2021 to January 2022, and as an Associate, Utility & Interconnection from April 2020 to July 2021. Lauren also gained experience at REC Solar as an Assistant Project Manager from July 2019 to April 2020 and as a Project Administrator from December 2018 to July 2019. Before that, they worked at Tesla as a Utility Relations Specialist from April 2018 to December 2018 and as an Incentives Coordinator from October 2016 to April 2018. Additionally, they were a Recreation Specialist at Salt Lake County from June 2012 to November 2017. Lauren's earlier roles include working as a Process Specialist at Suncrest Solar from January 2016 to September 2016 and as part of SLCGreen at Salt Lake City Corporation from June 2014 to August 2014.

Lauren Mills-Fraatz pursued their higher education from 2011 to 2015 at the University of Utah, where they obtained a degree in Environmental Sustainability Studies. The focus of their studies was in the field of Environmental Sustainability.
