Paola Frech is a proficient Talent Acquisition Specialist at Advanced Roofing since April 2021, with concurrent experience as a Marketing Coordinator at Distribuidora Nacional S.A. (DINSA) since August 2019. Frech has effectively developed recruitment strategies, managed social media advertising, and spearheaded community management initiatives that led to significant business partnerships.
