Kaycee Hjerpe has extensive experience in early childhood education, currently serving as a Kindergarten & K-2 Mentor Teacher, Kindergarten Inclusion Teacher, First Grade Teacher, and Kindergarten Teacher at Distinctive Schools since August 2021. Previous roles include ESY Pre-K SPED Teacher at East Maine School, Resource Teacher at The Goddard School, Student Teacher at Feitshans Elementary School, and Teacher at Little Jewels Learning Center, where responsibilities included serving as the School Age Lead Teacher. Kaycee Hjerpe holds a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Illinois State University and a Learning Behavior Specialist 1 certification in Special Education from the University of Illinois Springfield.
