Dave Mortlock is an experienced hospitality and operations professional with a diverse background in management and business ownership. Since January 2020, Dave has owned and operated Molesworth Arms Hotel, a pub and restaurant featuring 18 rooms. Alongside this venture, Dave serves as Director at E.T.C, where the focus is on cool accessories and gifts. Dave has held the position of Operations Manager at both Mavriks and Distinct Group LTD since 2018 and 2016, respectively, and previously managed the Pig & Whistle Algarve, overseeing all business aspects. Prior experience includes managing food and beverage bars on Princess Cruises and working on the QE2. Educational credentials include a National Diploma in Hotel and Catering Management from Brunel College, complemented by GCSE qualifications from St Bedes.
