Jonathan Alejandro Diaz Mollocondo has a diverse range of work experience. Jonathan Alejandro started their career as an Analyst at Municipalidad Provincial de San Román in 2019. After that, they worked as a freelance full-stack developer from January 2020 to June 2021, where they developed both the backend and frontend of a hotel software.

In 2021, Jonathan joined Smartpyme Peru as a Back End Developer. During their time there, they focused on increasing performance and scaling microservices for one million bank users. Jonathan Alejandro also implemented a hexagonal architecture to protect business logic from infrastructure logic in different microservices for a bank application.
