Olaf Laqua is a seasoned IT and management consultant with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently, Olaf serves as the Founder and Owner of Laqua IT Consulting, where expertise includes business process analysis, outsourcing, and IT project management. In addition, Olaf is the Founder, Shareholder, and CEO of Classy Kitten Games UG, focusing on the gaming industry. Prior roles include IT Business Process Consultant at SPS, DiSTI - GLStudio Reseller, and Project Manager at Quintec GmbH. Notable leadership positions were held at Peak VTS Ltd. and Peak VTS GmbH, advancing 3D virtual training solutions, along with a directorial role at DiSTI Europe Ltd. and heading the Simulation & Training business unit at ESG Elektroniksystem- und Logistik-GmbH. Olaf's academic foundation includes a Master of Science in Informatics and a degree in Business Administration from the University of Applied Science Augsburg and Technische Hochschule Augsburg, respectively.
