Justin Ballotta is a seasoned professional in the healthcare sector, currently serving as a Partner and co-founder at Revival Healthcare Capital since January 2018, a private equity firm focused on medical devices and diagnostics. Ballotta holds several key positions, including Interim CEO and Board Member at KARDION GmbH, and Board Member (Observer) at Distalmotion. From March 2021 to April 2022, Ballotta was the Vice President of Research & Development and Operations at Haemonetics, responsible for new product development in vascular closure. Prior to this, Ballotta spent over a decade at Cardiva Medical as Chief Operating Officer until its acquisition by Haemonetics and has held significant roles at PTV Healthcare Capital and Johnson & Johnson MedTech.
