Somya Gupta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience operations and human resources. Currently serving as Manager of CX Operations at Disprz since January 2022, Somya is responsible for developing product adoption strategies, designing adoption playbooks, and analyzing data to drive strategic decision-making. Prior to this role, Somya held various positions at Biocon, progressing from Human Resources Executive to Senior Executive in Human Resources, managing LMS implementation and operations, designing training programs, and overseeing vendor management. Somya also has internship experience in recruitment and attrition analysis, alongside a background in database management from earlier professional roles. Educational qualifications include a PGDM in E-Business and HR from Welingkar Institute of Management and a BSc in Information Technology from Kuvempu University.
