Karan Notani's work experience includes being an Associate Director - Sales at disprz since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Regional Sales Manager at disprz from September 2021 to January 2022. Karan also has experience working at ITC Hotels as an Assistant Manager Sales from August 2016 to May 2019, and as a Management Trainee from August 2015 to August 2016. Additionally, they had an Industrial Trainee role at Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts from December 2014 to May 2015.

Karan Notani completed their Post Graduate Programme in Management with a specialization in Strategy & Marketing at the Indian School of Business from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a BSc in Hospitality & Hotel Administration from the Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition, Mumbai, between 2012 and 2015. Karan also completed their Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) in Commerce at Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics from 2010 to 2012. Karan's education journey began at Narsee Monjee Educational Trust's - Jamnabai Narsee School, where they completed their primary and secondary education from 1998 to 2010. In terms of additional certifications, Karan obtained a Financial Accounting Online Course from Harvard Business Publishing Education in May 2020.
