Vivian Xu's work experience begins with their role as a Manager and Teacher at CRAVE Dance Studio from August 2017 to November 2019. After that, they worked as a Receptionist at BodyFit Physiotherapy Howick from September 2017 to November 2019. Following these positions, they joined Pushpay as a Software Development Engineer in November 2019 and remained there until December 2022. Currently, Vivian is working as a Software Engineer at Displayr, starting in December 2022.

Vivian Xu began their education in 2017 at The University of Auckland, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. Vivian completed their studies at this institution in 2018. In 2019, Vivian enrolled at Media Design School to acquire a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, specializing in Game Programming. Vivian finished their education in this field in 2021.
