Jaime Christie currently serves as Lead Project Coordinator at Displayit since February 2023. Prior to this role, Jaime held various positions at Chick-fil-A-Franchise from July 2014 to March 2023, including Director of Operations, Team Lead Manager, and Team Member. As Director of Operations, Jaime focused on continuous improvement through metrics, conducted performance evaluations, and managed scheduling for over 100 employees. In the role of Team Lead Manager, Jaime assisted with managing a team of 20-30 and trained new hires, while the early role as Team Member involved customer service and operational support.
