Anida Zujo currently serves as a Commercial Operations Associate and previously held the role of People Operations Manager at Disperse from August 2020 to the present. Anida's expertise includes office management, hiring, recruiting, company culture initiatives, people engagement, learning and development, and internal HR functions. Prior to Disperse, Anida worked as an Operations Manager at Fortuna Tours DMC Mostar from June 2005 to August 2020, where responsibilities included promoting the company in new markets, exploring new destinations, implementing innovative business ideas, managing project timelines, processing customer inquiries, and supervising staff. Anida's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Faculty of Resources Management - CKM Mostar and multiple diplomas in Business studies and Management from the Institute of Commercial Management. Anida also participated in a Youth Leadership Program at the U.S. Department of State and the Office of Public Affairs, US Embassy, Sarajevo in 2004.
