Joyce Schofield is an accomplished product management executive with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Product at Dispatch since September 2024, Joyce leads product strategy and user experience for an on-demand delivery platform. Previously, as Vice President of Product & UX at The Container Store, Joyce established the company's first Product Management Organization. Prior roles include Product Leader at Shopify, Director of Product Management at Sabre Corporation, and Senior Digital Product Manager at jcpenney, among others. Joyce has also contributed to education as an adjunct professor at The University of Texas at Dallas, pioneering an undergraduate e-retailing course. With a master's degree in Systems Engineering and a strong background in digital solutions, Joyce is recognized for driving innovation and transformation in product development.
