Daniel Bergner serves as the Chief Product and Strategy Officer at Dispatch, focusing on enhancing the company's field service experience platform and Youreka's Salesforce-native mobile workflow platform. As the co-founder and Chief Product Officer of Youreka, which was acquired by Dispatch, Daniel has played a pivotal role in providing immersive mobile experiences for field technicians and deskless workers through simplified data capture and embedded artificial intelligence. Additionally, Daniel holds board advisory and Chief Technology Officer roles at Synaptic Advisors, leading product strategy and offerings. Daniel's previous experience includes working as a Solution Architect at TPI Group LLC, where efforts were directed at implementing technologies to improve sales and operations processes. Daniel is an alumnus of Towson University.
