Thomas Mazloum is an experienced executive in the hospitality and cruise industries, currently serving as President of the New Experiences Portfolio and Disney Signature Experiences at The Walt Disney Company since April 2017. Prior to this role, Thomas held various leadership positions at Crystal Cruises from 2002 to 2017, including Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Operations. Earlier experience includes General Manager of Food & Beverage and Special Events at Walt Disney World from 2000 to 2002, and Hotel Director at Disney Cruise Line from 1998 to 2000. Thomas's educational background includes a degree in Hospitality Management from Bad Gleichenberg, Austria, participation in the Professional Summer Development Program at Cornell University, and studies at EHL Hospitality Business School.
