Riddhi Patel is an experienced benefits professional currently serving as Director of Retirement Programs at The Walt Disney Company since March 2021. Prior to this role, Riddhi held various positions at AT&T from December 2015 to February 2021, including Director of Benefits - Chief of Staff, Projects, and Director of Benefits for US Health & Welfare Design. Riddhi's career began at Towers Watson, where responsibilities included providing international benefits consulting and actuarial services from June 2009 to November 2015. Riddhi also worked at Mercer from July 2007 to May 2009 as an Actuarial Analyst, focusing on annual valuations and pension risk profiles. Riddhi holds a Bachelor of Science in mathematics with a focus on actuarial sciences from The University of Texas at Austin.
