Rasel Alam is a seasoned QA Engineering Manager at The Walt Disney Company since August 2021, known for streamlining and automating testing processes for the Disney Ad Sales development team while managing quality engineering initiatives across multiple projects. Prior to Disney, Rasel held positions such as Software Engineering Team Lead at ESPN, where project scope and sprint objectives were defined for an API integration development team, and Lead SDET at TD Ameritrade, focusing on frameworks and test automation solutions. Additional roles include Sr SDET at Progressive Insurance, QA Automation Engineer at Worldpay, Mobile Test Engineer at AIG, and QA System Test Engineer at AT&T. Rasel holds a Master of Science in Information Technology Management from Grand Canyon University and a Doctor of Philosophy in Information Technology from the University of the Cumberlands.
