Sean Phelan is an experienced professional specializing in employment placement within the criminal justice field. Currently, Sean serves as an Employment Specialist at Dismas Charities Inc. since May 2017, where responsibilities have included employment placement and resident monitoring. Previous experience includes a tenure at the Albuquerque Police Department in Crime Scene Investigations from August 2014 to December 2014 and a student internship at Dismas Charities Inc. in early 2012. Sean holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Western New Mexico University, obtained in 2014, and an Associate's degree in the same field from Central New Mexico Community College, completed in 2012. Undergraduate studies were pursued at The University of New Mexico from 2007 to 2009.
