Shadi Malefu Ditshego is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in administrative and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Team Leader Coach at Discovery since March 2019, responsibilities include capturing and quality assuring new investments, liaising with various stakeholders to enhance customer service, and assisting with management reports. Previously, Shadi held the position of Senior Administrator at Discovery Limited since July 2009 and completed a Business Development Internship at IDC: Industrial Development Corporation in 2008. Shadi holds a BBA Degree in Human Resource Management and Marketing from CIDA City Campus, earned between 2003 and 2007.
