Nadia Geemooi CA(SA) is an experienced professional with a strong background in regulatory reporting and auditing. Currently serving in the Banks Act Regulatory Reporting department at Discovery since October 2017, Nadia also holds the position of Senior Manager at Deloitte, where involvement includes managing Banks Act regulatory audits for various South African banks. Engagements comprise year-end audits of BA returns, interim audits for management aligned with Basel II & III, and providing advisory services for implementation of these frameworks. Academic qualifications include a Chartered Accountant certification from SAICA, an Honours Degree in Accounting from the University of Johannesburg, and a Bachelor's Degree in Investment Management from the same institution.
