Dr. Roger Clough currently serves at Discovery Point Child Development Center since January 2020. Prior to this role, Dr. Clough held the position of Superintendent of Schools at Walton Central School District from July 2013 to 2019, and at Massena Central School District from July 2008 to July 2013. Dr. Clough’s extensive experience in education also includes roles as Junior High Principal, Elementary School Teacher, and Elementary School Principal at Massena Central School District between August 1998 and 2008. Dr. Clough obtained a Doctorate in Executive Leadership from St. John Fisher University (2016-2018), a Masters of Education in School Supervision and Administration from St. Lawrence University (2000-2002), a Masters of Science Education in Reading from SUNY Potsdam (1996-1998), and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education/History from SUNY Potsdam (1990-1993).
