Justin Ermini

Director Of Purchasing And Logistics at Discovery Land Company, LLC

Justin Ermini has a diverse work experience in the culinary industry, starting as a Chef at Discovery Land Company in 2020 and progressing to Executive Chef of the Property before becoming the Executive Chef. Justin also served as the Culinary Director and Director of Purchasing and Logistics. Prior to this, Justin was an Executive Chef at The LINE Austin from 2017-2020, las alcobas, Mexico City, a Luxury Collection Hotel from 2012-2017, and the Mayflower Inn and Spa from 2008-2012.

Justin Ermini attended The Culinary Institute of America and earned an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training. Justin then continued their education at the same institution, obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in the same field in 1998.
